We offer Osteopathic treatments for a range of musculoskeletal disorders. These treatments use a range of traditional and functional Osteopathic techniques such as joint articulation, manipulation or soft-tissue techniques. We can also advise on exercise rehabilitation or maintenance programmes and can offer advice on diet and nutrition to improve recovery and good health.

We stress the importance of hands-on contact to identify the cause of the pain. We can then apply a variety of techniques to ease the symptoms, these may include:

• Joint articulatory  techniques, to improve mobility
• Soft tissue relaxatory techniques
• Manipulative techniques, where appropriate to improve joint mobility
• The body’s own muscle contractions are used to release stress in the soft tissues.
• Myofascial release - gently relaxing contracted muscles
